Rehab Mastery equips personal trainers with a modern understanding of pain, injury and rehabilitation,  bridging the gap between modern pain neuroscience, biomechanics and adjacent domains. Rehab Mastery encourages participants to think differently about Therapeutic Exercise prescription.

Course objectives:

  • Encourage a biopsychosocial understanding of pain, injury and rehabilitation that extends beyond the biomedical model and equips personal trainers they need to be successful.

  • Demonstrate the power of biomechanical interventions at addressing the multidimensional nature of pain.

  • Highlight the necessity and efficacy of optimism, and how to engage with injured clients.

  • Help trainers leverage their current skills within a graded-exposure therapeutic exercise paradigm.

  • Teach trainers to view and leverage exercise prescription through the lens of both biomechanics & neuroscience.

Testimonials

“Rehab Mastery has been one of the most knowledgeable and packed courses I’ve done. The amount Etienne covered this weekend blew my mind. Smooth run and filled with interactive learning. 10/10 course, would recommend to anyone who deals with trauma, pain, injury or just overall wants to be a better coach!”

“This was an incredible, eye opening course that would be a huge asset for anyone in the fitness industry.”

“This course should be mandatory for any health professional working with clients in pain. Etienne does an incredible job challenging the traditional biomedical model of pain and clearly explains how certain concepts from that model, can actually be harmful. This course has fundamentally changed my approach to pain and movement re-education."
